Sunrise 17’s spacious spaces are decorated with tropical and vibrant colors. The condo has an atmosphere perfect for a family or small group of friends. The 3 bedrooms are generously spaced out to provide privacy for every guest. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king bed. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and shares a spacious bathroom with bedroom number three, which features two single beds. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels, and chairs, this condo has just about every other amenity you can think of. Get ready for dinner at the alfresco table and enjoy sunsets glow over the ocean from the covered patio. Whether you’re in the mood for a day on the beach, a night in town, or a hike to find the best sunset viewing spots, within just steps you’ll be able to take surf lessons, go on a kayak tour, or sunset sailing. And, if it’s nightlife you crave, Tamarindo is an endless fun town filled with World-class dining, fantastic bars, great shopping, and a vibrant arts, live music, and culture scene.  The condo is a short walk from town, so it’s easy to fit in a yoga class or stop for a glass of wine at a nice bar. Find shops, restaurants, and activities, or find your bliss on Tamarindo’s pristine beach right across the street.  Guests have full access to the entire condo. There are plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels available for use. All guests have access to the beautiful pool area and 2 parking spots in the 24 hour secured gated community. Lindsey and Jason will be available to guests at all times during their stay and will check in with them periodically to make sure they have everything they need. Tamarindo may be a small surfer town, but it truly has a vibrant life and a wide variety of things to do! It has the best beach to learn how to surf in the area, 5-star dining, organic cafes, farmers’ markets, night ferias, plenty of shopping options, and great bars to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset.  The condo is located right in the heart of Tamarindo, a 3-minute walk to everything! including supermarkets, several pharmacies, and local area doctors. Everything is walking distance but if you would like to explore Tamarindo’s surroundings the best way is by renting a golf cart, you can park it anywhere and it is a fun and friendly way to explore around.
